Since May 2022, any advertisement for a price reduction must indicate the previous price, defined as the lowest price charged by the seller during the 30 days preceding the promotion (Article L112-1-1 of the Consumer Code, derived from the European “Omnibus” Directive). This is the price that appears crossed out on this page. The offer end dates are actual: when a deal expires, it disappears from the page rather than being automatically renewed. How long does a promotion last?
The "Deal of the Month" has an end date listed on this page and ends on that date. Other offers remain available as long as supplies last; as soon as a fragrance is sold out or returns to its regular price, it is automatically removed from the selection.
Is a perfume on sale the same product as the one sold at the regular price?
Yes. It’s the same bottle, from the same batch, and in the same original sealed packaging as the rest of the catalog, imported directly from the Emirates. The promotion applies to the price, not the product.
How is the crossed-out price calculated?
The crossed-out price corresponds to the lowest price charged during the 30 days prior to the promotion, as required by Article L112-1-1 of the Consumer Code. It is neither a suggested retail price nor a price observed elsewhere.
Can I return a perfume I bought on sale?
Yes, under the same conditions as a purchase at the regular price: 14 days from the date of receipt, with the perfume unopened and the packaging sealed and intact. A dedicated team will respond to you within 24 hours regarding any request.
