If you receive the product in the meantime, we will issue a refund for the product and the shipping costs in accordance with the provisions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.

In the event of delivery by a carrier, the company cannot be held liable for a delay in delivery caused solely by the customer’s unavailability after several attempts to schedule a delivery time.

All products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

If a purchased product does not meet specifications, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All claims, requests for exchanges, or refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, along with all included items (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). Shipping costs will be refunded based on the amount charged, and return shipping costs will be refunded upon presentation of supporting documentation.

The provisions of this article do not prevent you from exercising the right of withdrawal set forth above.
