Hersh Rouge
Floral, fruity, musky eau de parfum for women · pear, bergamot, jasmine, rose, musk, cedarwood, cashmere, and vanilla
A red garden after the rain: a sparkling pear, a heart of rose and jasmine enveloped in musk, and a velvety base of cedar, cashmere, and vanilla. The epitome of femininity, from Saudi Arabia.
The Red Garden After the Rain, by The Rising Saudi House
There are brands whose names are passed along by word of mouth among enthusiasts: Al Ezz Oud, a niche brand Saudi, proud of the phrase «From K.S.A. to the World» engraved on its bottles, is one such brand, and its Hersh line has become one of the most talked-about in today’s Middle Eastern perfumery scene. Hersh Rouge is its feminine face: an opening of pear crisp and juicy, glistening with a bergamot vibrant, candid, and cheerful, like a fruit picked in the rain.
The heart unfolds the garden that gives the fragrance its soul: a rose rich and velvety, a jasmine graceful, and a musk already present at the heart—a rare thing—which envelops the flowers in a veil of fresh skin. The brand’s official image is spot on: walking through a garden of red roses after the rain, when the air itself is filled with the scent of warm petals.
The background sets the tone that makes all the difference: the cedar wood structure, the cashmere reveals its characteristic soft, woolly texture, and the vanilla rounds out the whole with a creamy softness that never feels cloying. The result is a scent trail velvety, soft, and musky, designed to elegantly accompany you throughout the day, from the office to relaxed evenings, in both spring and fall.
Hersh Rouge joins the other standout fragrances in Al Ezz Oud’s Hersh line in our store: Hersh Mehwar, Hersh Lahab and Hersh Bukhori : four expressions of the same Saudi ambition.

Bottle design
A golden crown As a sort of cap: the Hersh Rouge bottle makes its presence known at first glance. Beneath it, a thick deep garnet glass with beveled shoulders, in a dark rose color, embossed with “HERSH” and stamped with the name “ROUGE” in fine gold using Arabic calligraphy. The collar features a braided burgundy rope from which hangs a tiny gold crown charm—a detail worthy of a master goldsmith.
The company's pride is clearly evident in its name: «From K.S.A. to the World», from Saudi Arabia to the world. With its red case adorned with petals in the rain, it is one of the most beautiful gift items in our catalog: a regal piece on a dressing table, even before the first spritz.

Performance & sensations
Hersh Rouge embodies elegance rather than ostentation: its scent is sweet, velvety, and musky, a scent that lingers without ever becoming overpowering—exactly what you’d expect from a sophisticated daytime fragrance. Pear sparkles at the opening, the rose-jasmine garden settles in for hours on end, and then the trio of cedar, cashmere, and vanilla—reliable fixatives—extends the trail as a comfortable veil of scent until evening. On scarves and collars, the cashmere-vanilla note lingers well beyond the day.
It’s the scent of dressed-up days: the office, lunches, afternoons that ease into a relaxed evening—with a peak of pleasure in the spring and fall, when its velvety texture complements the crispness of the air. Two or three sprays on your pulse points are enough; one extra spritz on your scarf, and the red garden follows you into the next day.
FAQ: Hersh Rouge by Al Ezz Oud
What does the Hersh Rouge perfume by Al Ezz Oud smell like?
Hersh Rouge smells like a rose garden after the rain: a top note of juicy pear and sparkling bergamot, a heart of rich rose and jasmine enveloped in clean musk, followed by a velvety base of cedar, cashmere, and creamy vanilla. The overall impression is feminine, soft, and sophisticated: fruity without being sweet, floral without being overpowering, and musky like well-cared-for skin.
What country is the Hersh brand from? Who is Al Ezz Oud?
Hersh is the flagship line of Al Ezz Oud, a niche perfume house Saudi whose motto, «From K.S.A. to the World,» is engraved on every bottle. It is one of the most talked-about brands right now among fans of oriental perfumery, renowned for its rich compositions and spectacular bottles: the rising star of Saudi perfumery, following in the footsteps of the Emirati wave.
What is the cashmere note in Hersh Rouge?
In perfumery, “cashmere” refers to cashmere woods, a family of woody-musky notes with a soft, warm, and slightly powdery character that evokes exactly what its name promises: the sensation of a cashmere sweater against the skin. In Hersh Rouge, it is this note that gives the base its signature velvety texture, balancing the structuring cedar with the softening vanilla.
Is Hersh Rouge a subtle or bold fragrance?
Hersh Rouge is the softest fragrance in the Hersh line: while its siblings boast a bold, assertive scent, this one offers a velvety, musky trail with an elegant presence—perfect for the office and for days when you want to smell divine without overpowering the room. It’s a fragrance that draws people to you rather than announcing itself on your behalf.
Which Hersh fragrance should you choose: Rouge, Mehwar, Lahab, or Bukhori?
Hersh Rouge is the feminine floral-fruity fragrance in the line—the softest and most velvety of the four. Lahab is a bold green aromatic with legendary sillage; Bukhori is a traditional oriental; and Mehwar rounds out the collection with a sophisticated signature scent. Whether as a gift for a woman or as a gentle introduction to the brand, Rouge is the ideal starting point.
