Atlas Glacial Valley
A woody, floral, aromatic eau de parfum for men and women · pineapple, fig, mint, jasmine, patchouli, sea salt, moss, musk, vanilla, and amber
The Atlas Glacial Valley: a high-altitude orchard where pineapple and figs are infused with mint, a torrent of salty jasmine over patchouli, and the glacier’s ground notes of moss, musk, vanilla, and amber. The collection leaves the ocean behind; the high altitudes suit it well.
Lattafa's Atlas Glacial Valley: A Fresh Unisex Fragrance in a Nutshell
At Lattafa, the Dubai-based house with global success, the Atlas collection maps out grand landscapes: following the ocean theme of the original, Glacial Valley explores the glacial valley. This unisex eau de parfum, launched in 2026, is a woody floral aromatic composed of ten notes: pineapple, fig, and mint on top; jasmine, patchouli, and sea salt at the heart; and moss, musk, vanilla, and amber on the base. A high-altitude freshness available in its authentic form at Parfumerie de Dubai.
The Ascent: The Orchard, the Stream, the Glacier
The climb begins in an unexpected orchard: a pineapple served fresh and juicy, far from tropical beaches, a fig green and milky, the quintessential tree of mountain valleys, and a mint which brings its first chill breeze through the leaves. The fruitiness is still there, but the atmosphere has already changed: the air feels fresher.
Halfway up the slope, the stream: a jasmine a bright flower blooming along the riverbanks, a sea salt a mineral that reminds us that all water comes from far away, and a patchouli which anchors freshness in the damp earth. This is the heart of the fragrance and its most subtle concept: fresh, floral water, salty like a spring flowing from rock.
At the summit, the glacier's surface: a foam green and cool like a shaded rock, a musk clean, then the surprise of the south face, a vanilla gentle and a amber warm scents that brighten the end of the journey like a refuge after a walk. The valley is glacial, the finish is welcoming: the fragrance’s entire balance lies in this contrast.
The collection is thus changing its postcard: the’Atlas The original, celebrated by its fans for its salty sea spray and legendary longevity, looked out toward the sea; Glacial Valley looks up at the peaks. The same spirit of exploration, two altitudes: landscape enthusiasts will want both sides.

Bottle design
The bottle captures the essence of the glacier perfectly: a shoulder of frosted glass translucent, a pale green juice of meltwater, and above all this mint green mineral hood with a polished stone texture, engraved with "ATLAS," resting on the bottle like a river pebble.
The Arabic calligraphy "أطلس" appears above the name, and the Tree of Life Medallion Hanging from the collar, it embodies the valley’s natural promise. A fresh and soothing piece: whether on a shelf or against the skin, the high altitude is evident.

Performance & sensations
Lattafa has built a global reputation in the juice content, with the original Atlas even considered indestructible by its fans, and Glacial Valley inherits the long-lasting blend: foam, amber, and musk in the base notes, patchouli in the heart notes. Mint and fruit notes sparkle during the first hour; the salty, floral cascade carries the day with a fresh aura; then the vanilla-amber embrace takes over the evening, offering discreet warmth after the hike.
It's a scent of active days : the office, the great outdoors, spring and summer terraces where its high-altitude freshness works wonders, with enough depth for mild evenings and transitional seasons. Clearly unisex, fig and mint share the skin equally: two sprays in the morning, a third before evening if the day extends into a stay at a mountain hut.
Lattafa's Glacial Valley Atlas FAQ
What does the Atlas Glacial Valley perfume smell like?
That of a hike through a glacial valley: a high-altitude orchard where fresh pineapple and green figs exude the scent of mint, a torrent of jasmine accented with mineral salt and damp patchouli, followed by a base of moss and musk warmed by vanilla and amber at the end of the journey. Aromatic, floral, woody: green freshness that culminates in a warm, comforting embrace.
What is the difference between Atlas Glacial Valley and the original Atlas?
Two scents from the same collection: the original is the duo’s salty marine fragrance—sea spray, iris, and ambergris—which has achieved cult status for its longevity, which fans readily describe as indestructible; Glacial Valley heads for higher ground, swapping sea spray for fig, mint, and moss, while retaining just the right amount of salt as a reminder of the sea. The ocean or the mountains: explorers will take on both.
Pineapple and figs—an unexpected pairing?
On paper, yes; on the skin, no: here, pineapple is presented in a fresh, green interpretation—a far cry from beach cocktails—and the fig contributes its milky flesh and leafy notes, one of the most elegant notes in the Mediterranean repertoire. Together, they create a mountain-inspired fruitiness rather than a poolside one: juicy yet crisp, rich yet airy—exactly what the mint comes to confirm.
Where does the cooling effect of the perfume come from?
Three elements that evoke coolness: mint, which creates a physical sensation of freshness the moment you open it; sea salt, whose minerality evokes wet rock and spring water; and moss, that shade-loving greenery that smells like the cool stone of the forest floor. Three cool notes that the vanilla-amber base warms just in time: the glacier melts into a refuge.
When should you wear Atlas Glacial Valley?
For active days—whether at the office, outdoors, on terraces, or traveling—with spring and summer as the seasons that best showcase its high-altitude freshness. Its vanilla-amber base also makes it perfect for mild evenings and transitional seasons, where it offers a refined freshness rather than a purely icy one. Unisex, clean, and long-lasting: the ideal climbing partner, for everyday life and getaways alike.
