Melt Café Bliss
A gourmand eau de parfum for men and women · freshly roasted coffee, creamy milk chocolate, vanilla, and amber
A square of chocolate resting on the rim of a steaming cup. You know that moment. Melt Café Bliss captures it in a bottle—bar and all.
The chocolate square from the café—the one we save for last
There’s a habit that all coffee lovers are familiar with: letting the little square of chocolate served with your espresso melt for just a second too long between your fingers, then eating it anyway. Melt Café Bliss starts exactly there. When you open it, a freshly roasted coffee, and one thing to clarify right off the bat—because it changes everything: this isn’t the strong espresso you get at the counter. An American tester put it better than anyone: Not a strong coffee, but a creamy coffee. A café au lait in the late afternoon, with foam.
Then the tablet gives way. The heart unfurls a milk chocolate creamy, like those squares that melt in your mouth, with what the collection proudly highlights on social media: a certain speculoos cookie, cinnamon and brown sugar, which adds a crunchy texture as it melts. Some fans even slip in a dash of amaretto. We're at a tea room, not a candy store.
The sauce does what good desserts do: it thickens. Vanilla sweet, amber Warm—a scent that the brand describes as enveloping and comforting, the kind of presence that lingers on a sweater like a perfect winter evening. A content creator summed up the collection with a phrase that says it all: You can literally smell the dessert. It's a compliment. But above all, it's a plan.
Café Bliss is the black square in the Melt collection, alongside its three sisters (Marshmallow Kiss, Pistachio Velvet Breeze, Crème Caramel), and it joins a family of products here that will delight the same food lovers: our selection of Dubai chocolate perfumes, where cocoa comes in a range of varieties, from milk chocolate to intense dark chocolate.

Bottle design
We've seen jewelry-inspired bottles, palace-inspired bottles, and diamond-inspired bottles. This one is a bar of chocolate. Seriously: twelve squares of milk chocolate molded into the glass, spilling over the dark chocolate wrapper that forms the body, with the Arabic calligraphy “ميلت” and gold lettering serving as the confectioner’s label.
Even the hood Play along—it’s sculpted to look like a drop of solidified molten metal. It’s the kind of item you buy the first time for the scent and then show off to everyone because of the bottle. Warn your friends and family: it makes you hungry.

Main accords
Performance & sensations
The brand promises a lingering scent enveloping and comforting, and the profile lends itself perfectly to this: coffee-cocoa-vanilla accords are among the most lingering notes in gourmand perfumery—the kind that cling to the stitches of a sweater all day long. Roasted coffee takes the lead at first, bold yet creamy; the chocolate bar then melts gently, and amber vanilla takes over, a gentle presence that doesn’t overwhelm anyone. People will ask you what you’re wearing. Probably during the coffee break.
Its season goes without saying: Fall-Winter, the season for hot chocolate and cozy blankets, when balmy evenings are your favorite pastime. Two sprays are more than enough; add a third to your scarf if the afternoon looks like it’ll be a long one. And a word of advice from a friend: avoid trying it on an empty stomach.
Melt Café Bliss FAQ by Mamlakat Al Oud
What does the Melt Café Bliss perfume smell like?
The taste of a square of melt-in-your-mouth milk chocolate paired with a creamy coffee: a fresh, mellow roast to start, a velvety chocolate with biscuit-like notes of speculoos, followed by an amber vanilla that truly sets the mood for comfort. Indulgent, yes, but in the style of a tea room: creamy and refined, not garish like a candy shop.
Does the bottle really look like a chocolate bar?
Yes, and that’s an understatement: twelve squares of milk chocolate molded into the glass, a pool of chocolate spilling over the dark chocolate wrapper around the body, and a lid sculpted to resemble a drop of molten chocolate. It’s one of the most photographed bottles in the Melt collection, and undoubtedly the only one on your vanity that will make your guests hungry.
Is Melt Café Bliss too sweet or cloying?
That’s exactly where the coffee shines: its subtle roasted bitterness balances the chocolate and vanilla, just like in a good pastry where the sugar never masks the flavor. One tester summed it up this way: not a strong coffee, but a creamy one. It’s definitely an adult dessert—the kind you finish, not the kind you regret.
Is a chocolate-coffee scent something a man would wear?
Absolutely, and very effectively at that: roasted coffee and cocoa are historic staples of men’s perfumery, and the amber in the base note rounds out Café Bliss, making it perfectly unisex. On a man’s skin, the biscuit note recedes slightly in favor of the coffee; on a woman’s skin, the vanilla often takes center stage. Two desserts for the price of one.
What is Mamlakat Al Oud's Melt collection?
Melt is the dessert menu from Mamlakat Al Oud, a Dubai-based company with over 350 creations available in some 70 countries: four dessert-inspired flavors served in bottle-shaped bars— Café Bliss for coffee-chocolate, Marshmallow Kiss for fruity marshmallow, Velvet Breeze for pistachio whipped cream, and Crème Caramel for dulce de leche. Foodie collectors rarely end up with just one square.
