Cohiba Tobacco
Woody, gourmand tobacco eau de parfum · cocoa, Cuban tobacco, sandalwood, leather, vanilla, honey, and coconut
The essence of fine Cuban cigars in a fragrance: warm, sweet tobacco enveloped in cocoa, with a heart of sandalwood, leather, and vanilla, and a velvety base of honey and coconut.
The club chair from the collection: Cuban tobacco coated with cocoa and honey
Mamlakat Al Oud’s Cohiba Tobacco makes no secret of its inspiration: the world of fine Cuban cigars, their cedar-lined cellars, and their cozy lounges. As soon as you open it, the Cuban tobacco It comes through strongly—rich, full-bodied, and slightly spicy—and is immediately enveloped by a cocoa soft and powdery, which softens it without making it any sweeter. This tobacco-cocoa duo—emblematic of the greatest tobacco notes in perfumery—immediately sets the tone: we enter the realm of opulence, that of strong presences and assertive personalities.
The heart then unfolds the matter: the sandalwood creamy, rounded, the leather "Soft" evokes the look of weathered armchairs and cigar cases, and the vanilla begins to weave a softness that rises all the way to the base. It is a heart of fabric and fine materials, warm without being harsh, that bridges the gap between the raw, initial note and the indulgent finish.
For the background fully embraces sensuality: the honey spreads the warmth of its amber hue, and the coconut, an unexpected note in this category, adds a velvety, milky richness that sets Cohiba Tobacco apart from all classic honeyed tobaccos. The trail is soft, deep, and enveloping: the kind of scent that lingers on a coat for days and leaves behind an air of unapologetic luxury. A fragrance for lovers of rich compositions, who prefer to make a statement rather than a whisper.
Cohiba Tobacco rounds out Mamlakat Al Oud's Tobacco Essence trilogy: following Rio Tobacco, the sunny, fruity tobacco, and Parisian Tobacco, a chic and spicy tobacco—here is the Havana chapter: the richest, most indulgent, and most enveloping of the three.

Performance & sensations
Cohiba Tobacco is crafted like the signature scents favored by lovers of rich compositions: the tobacco-cocoa duo bursts forth generously from the very first spray and remains distinct for hours, before the honey-coconut base takes over with an enveloping trail that lingers until the end of the night. Since tobacco, honey, and leather are among the most persistent notes in perfumery, the scent’s lingering presence on coats, scarves, and collars lasts for days.
It is the quintessential fragrance for the colder months: fall and winter temper its richness and transform it into a warm aura, whereas the summer heat would make it overwhelming. Two sprays are more than enough, whether on clothing or on the skin; it’s a fragrance that doesn’t need to be heavy-handed to make an impression, and that is precisely what defines its luxury.
FAQ: Cohiba Tobacco by Mamlakat Al Oud
Does Mamlakat Al Oud's Cohiba Tobacco really smell like a cigar?
It evokes the atmosphere, not the smoke: Cohiba Tobacco captures the rich, dense Cuban tobacco leaf, the cedar humidor, and the leather armchair—but without any harshness from combustion. Notes of cocoa, vanilla, and honey even give it a distinctly gourmand character: you’re in the cigar lounge, not in its ashtray.
Is Cohiba Tobacco a heavy fragrance?
It’s the richest and most enveloping fragrance in the Tobacco Essence collection, and it embraces that fact: Cohiba Tobacco is designed specifically for those who love deep fragrances with a strong presence. However, notes of coconut and velvety sandalwood prevent it from becoming overpowering: when applied in the right amount—just two sprays—it’s opulent without ever being aggressive.
What is the difference between Cohiba Tobacco, Rio Tobacco, and Parisian Tobacco?
The Tobacco Essence trilogy explores tobacco through three cities: Rio Tobacco is a sunny, fruity scent with lychee notes, perfect for year-round wear; Parisian Tobacco offers urban chic with fresh, spicy ginger notes; Cohiba Tobacco is an opulent Havana-style scent with notes of cocoa and honey, perfect for evenings and winter. Three intensities, each building on the last, three moments: that’s the beauty of the collection.
Is Cohiba Tobacco equally suitable for women and men?
Yes: while its cigar-inspired theme evokes a masculine aesthetic, its indulgent blend—featuring notes of cocoa, vanilla, honey, and coconut—appeals just as much to women. Cohiba Tobacco is a fragrance with character: it’s perfect for any confident person who loves a scent that leaves a lasting impression, regardless of gender.
